As a Corporate Travel Sales Manager in München, you will spearhead our corporate travel sales initiatives, particularly targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the Flix strategy while leveraging technology to drive sales across Germany and Europe.
Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive market research focused on the corporate travel management sector, particularly for SMEs. - Develop and roll out a go-to-market strategy aimed at integrating Flix into the travel arrangements of SMEs. - Build a robust sales pipeline by reaching out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods. - Implement an AI-driven approach to enhance lead generation and streamline the sales process, reducing manual efforts. - Continuously refine the sales playbook and AI configuration based on both quantitative and qualitative insights. - Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary. - Support the launch of a third-party business travel booking tool and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to boost portal visibility and optimize customer satisfaction. - Engage with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Online Booking Tools (OBTs), and large enterprises to drive marketing campaigns and data-driven proposals, facilitating shifts from short-haul flights or car fleets to bus travel for improved ESG ratings.
Requirements : - 2-4+ years of experience in B2B Sales and Corporate Travel Management, with a preference for candidates who have sold to Procurement or HR departments. - Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools for automating sales processes and keeping abreast of evolving AI trends. - Demonstrated success in building initiatives from the ground up and generating revenue. - Ability to work in ambiguous environments, adjusting quickly to achieve product-market fit in the corporate travel sector. - Self-motivated with a talent for navigating complex internal structures and driving projects forward independently. - An entrepreneurial mindset, treating this new sales channel with the dedication of an owned business, aiming for a lasting impact. - Proven track record in closing significant, multi-year contracts. - Fluent in English and German; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
