Responsibilities : In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our business development and marketing efforts. Your daily tasks will include: - Crafting and customizing client proposals for diverse markets across Canada. - Researching potential clients and emerging market trends to identify new opportunities. - Assisting with outreach campaigns and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Preparing sample reports and marketing materials to engage prospective clients. - Supporting the onboarding process for new clients and maintaining regular check-ins. - Tracking project statuses, proposals, and key client interactions. - Sharing valuable market insights and industry updates with the team. - Coordinating email campaigns and enhancing client communication efforts. - Assisting in creating and updating marketing presentations and materials using Canva. - Supporting educational webinars, events, and association involvement. - Providing logistical support for tradeshows and ensuring a smooth event experience.

Requirements : We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in business development and marketing. The ideal candidate will have: - A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a diploma in Marketing or Business, or relevant experience. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. - A passion for building meaningful client relationships.
