Responsibilities **
As Core Junior Product Manager specializing in Growth Engineering, you'll support our Chief Product Officer in driving product roadmap execution and leading growth engineering initiatives. Bridge communication between product management and company-wide teams while ensuring strategic alignment. Conduct comprehensive market research and user analysis to identify industry trends and competitive strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, oversee feature development, and maintain product quality standards. Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through regular stakeholder reporting. Lead experimentation processes across Growth and Core Product teams, coding and analyzing growth workstreams.
Partner closely with Core Product Development, Growth, and Data Science teams while developing essential growth product management expertise. Handle peer code reviews for growth experiments, assist with Google Firebase experiment launches, debug technical issues, and support QA processes for feature releases.

Requirements **
Ideal candidates possess strong analytical and creative thinking abilities with a computer science degree. Thrive in fast-paced environments with passion for building user-loved products.
Experience with Retool and NoCode/Low Code platforms essential. Demonstrate excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Technical proficiency in growth engineering methodologies and experimentation frameworks required.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
