Responsibilities : In this role, you will take charge of ensuring the financial success of your clients in fashion e-commerce across various locations. You will foster the development and long-term partnerships with your clients through professional support and consulting. Your knack for spotting trends and strong customer orientation will drive innovations forward.
As a central point of contact, you will guide, engage, and evolve your clients while identifying market opportunities. You will build lasting partnerships and provide strategic consulting, analyzing market trends to translate them into innovative business solutions. Additionally, you will oversee the entire value chain for your clients—from proposals and tenders to billing our services.
Acting as the interface between clients and production, you will collect feedback, identify areas for improvement, and support ongoing enhancements in processes, quality, and efficiency. Customer care, project management, and stakeholder management—both internal and external—are also crucial aspects of your role.
Requirements : You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience interacting with decision-makers and possess an established network in the fashion industry, particularly in content production. Strong negotiation skills and presentation abilities are essential. You will need to work in a structured, flexible, and resilient manner, recognizing customer needs and orchestrating stakeholders for win-win outcomes.
Experience in e-commerce content production is a must. Your communication skills will make you a valued contact, both internally and with clients. You should blend creative thinking with numerical understanding and analytical strength to devise innovative solutions.
A passion for fashion and e-commerce, along with an interest in large studio productions, is important. Familiarity with production software, project management tools, and financial controls is required. Proficiency in both German and English and a willingness to travel regularly are also necessary.
