Responsibilities As a Lead AI Systems Engineer, you will be the crucial technical backbone for enterprise projects deployed on AWS. Your role will involve direct collaboration with clients to grasp their unique challenges and architect tailored solutions. You will orchestrate AI Agents, generate Infrastructure as Code, critically assess outputs, and iterate based on architectural frameworks.
Your responsibilities include: - Designing robust, high-availability AWS architectures and implementing them using AI-driven IaC. - Partnering with clients on cloud strategies and migration initiatives. - Utilizing AI CLI tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini CLI, to amplify your efforts. - Mentoring fellow engineers and establishing technical standards. - Making architecture decisions and taking ownership of project outcomes.
Requirements To thrive in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS and cloud architecture. - An AWS Professional certification or equivalent. - Proficiency with at least one AI CLI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI). - Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation. - A solid understanding of enterprise security requirements. - The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. - Fluent in both German and English.
