Responsibilities : In this vital role, you will play an integral part in the pre-sales phase, collaborating directly with startups worldwide and partnering with account executives to create tailored AWS solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring they are cost-effective, resilient, and scalable. - Conducting thorough research and analysis of existing solutions to identify and initiate improvement strategies. - Collaborating with fellow engineers and stakeholders to ensure that solutions adhere to industry best practices. - Sharing your expertise with customers and the broader cloud community through public speaking engagements, including workshops, conferences, and webinars. - Traveling frequently for local customer meetings and events, as well as international trips at least once a quarter.
Requirements : To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an AWS environment, covering implementation, migration, and maintenance, with end-to-end solution design capabilities. - At least 2 years in technical customer-facing roles, such as Customer Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Architect. - 2+ years in an IT environment with practical experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools being a plus. - Proven experience in a production setting, developing software in languages like Python, Go, or Java. - Comprehensive knowledge of AWS core services, particularly Kubernetes and Containers. - A successful track record in designing DevOps and Infrastructure for large-scale production environments in AWS. - Understanding of information security best practices. - Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect - Associate; AWS Solutions Architect - Professional or specialty certification is a plus.
