Overview: Join MY Humancapital GmbH as a Logistics Coordinator / Material Planner in the vibrant northern region of Munich. We are looking for a talented individual to step into this role at the earliest opportunity.
Responsibilities : In this position, you will oversee inventory management and ensure timely execution of all production and shipping orders. Your role will involve coordinating processes across intralogistics, order planning, material control, production, warehousing, shipping, and various related departments. You will organize and monitor warehouse activities, including inventory counts, prioritizations, resolutions, and alignments with the controlling team.
Additionally, you will verify shipping orders within the warehouse management system for completeness, handle complaints and shortages, resolve stock discrepancies, and manage items with expiration dates. You will also create purchase requisitions in SAP, review invoices, assist with system inquiries, and maintain master data.
Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should possess a completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, logistics specialist, logistics coordinator, or a comparable qualification. Relevant experience as a material planner, logistics coordinator, or in a similar role is essential. You should have excellent ERP system knowledge, preferably in SAP R/3, and be proficient with standard MS Office applications.
A structured, responsible work ethic along with a high level of accuracy in processing orders and managing inventories is necessary. Proficiency in German is also required.
