The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of driving experience and hold a secondary school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities ** • Estimate costs for truck maintenance and replacement parts as required • Optimize travel routes using GPS technology and computer systems to reduce fuel usage and carbon footprint • Operate vehicles as part of team driving arrangements or convoy operations • Monitor vehicle condition including tire pressure, lighting systems, braking components, and refrigeration units • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips • Maintain detailed logs of freight details, service hours, mileage, and fuel usage • Secure cargo with proper tarping and safety measures

Requirements ** • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Successfully pass criminal background verification • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments • Strong work ethic and reliability • Physical capability to handle demanding work conditions • Flexibility to work various shift schedules • 3-5 years of relevant driving experience
