**Overview**
The Department of the Navy seeks a skilled Management Analyst to join their team at Pearl Harbor Naval Base in Oahu, Hawaii. This federal position offers an opportunity to contribute to naval operations through strategic analysis and human resources support in one of the nation's most significant military installations.

Responsibilities **
• Conduct comprehensive research and analytical studies by gathering and organizing personnel data • Monitor and oversee personnel actions while ensuring compliance with federal regulations • Examine essential documentation and provide strategic guidance to leadership on hiring initiatives • Support recruitment processes through data-driven insights and policy recommendations • Apply expertise in human resources frameworks, federal regulations, and military directives • Collaborate with management teams to optimize personnel strategies and organizational effectiveness

Requirements **
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at GS-07 grade level or equivalent in federal service, or comparable experience in private/public sectors • Demonstrated expertise in human resources principles, concepts, federal laws, and policies • Working knowledge of Department of the Navy, NAVSEA, and local military policies and directives • Strong analytical skills with ability to compile data and complete comprehensive studies •
Experience in personnel action tracking and document review processes • Both paid and unpaid experience considered, including volunteer work through National Service programs
