Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer managing the technical oversight of research, development, or acquisition of naval systems. Examples may include applying expertise in high-consequence naval systems (such as SUBSAFE/Level One, Deep Submergence, Dry Deck Shelter, Submarine Fly-By-Wire, or Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) programs); applying experience and familiarity with generation, review, and final certification of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) including covering material traceability, fabrication processes, and/or system testing; or demonstrating a proven record reflecting suitability for holding technical warrant authority for safety and mission-critical programs.
