Market Lead - Experiences in London

As a Market Lead in London, you will play a vital role in enhancing our presence and fostering relationships within this vibrant market.

Responsibilities : As the Market Lead, your primary focus will be on ensuring the health, quality, and growth of our professional host accounts. You will leverage your expertise to strengthen Airbnb’s market position by collaborating with various internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing relationships with several hundred Professional Host accounts in your assigned territory. - Directly managing top-tier accounts to consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. - Developing and implementing scalable strategies to efficiently manage and optimize the long tail of hosts in your region. - Understanding the technical integration of software partners to effectively support your accounts. - Communicating significant product updates to clients and relaying their feedback to relevant internal teams. - Conducting regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and success. - Providing exceptional service to your accounts, which may occasionally involve traveling to your market for in-person support. - Collaborating across functions to resolve any optimization challenges and utilizing AI tools to enhance delivery speed and quality.
