Responsibilities **
• Coordinate appointments for physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialist consultations • Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for accurate data entry and patient documentation • Develop detailed client profiles through thorough interviews and medical history assessments • Deliver continuous administrative assistance to clinical team members • Support data collection initiatives and maintain accurate record-keeping systems • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery
**
Requirements **
• Medical Office Assistant Certificate is preferred for this position • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in medical environments • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms • Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Must successfully complete criminal record clearance as required for healthcare positions
