Responsibilities : As a Medical Technology Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in the creation of cardiovascular medical devices, guiding projects from initial concept through to market readiness. Your tasks will include: - Designing and establishing production lines within our cleanroom environments, overseeing the entire process from implant creation to the final packaged product. - Conducting qualification and validation of equipment and production processes. - Crafting technical drawings, work instructions, test plans, and reports. - Contributing to risk management initiatives. - Developing comprehensive technical documentation. - Planning, executing, and analyzing product tests as part of design verification and validation processes.
Requirements : To excel in this role, candidates should possess: - A degree in a scientific discipline. - At least 3 years of experience in the development, production, or quality assurance of Class III medical devices. - A passion for collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team setting, engaging directly with our medical advisors. - Proficiency in SolidWorks and a solid understanding of quality management standards for medical devices (ISO 13485). - A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, showcasing a high level of dedication and commitment. - Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
