Responsibilities **
As our Engineering Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms, supporting businesses from rapidly scaling startups to established global enterprises. Your role involves partnering with cross-functional teams including product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations to establish and reach ambitious objectives.
You'll guide team processes to maximize productivity and foster effective collaboration throughout Stripe. Additionally, you'll work alongside our recruiting team to attract top engineering talent, mentor team members in their professional development, and participate in company-wide engineering management initiatives.

Requirements **
We seek candidates with proven experience in product development and team leadership. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 3+ years managing teams to deliver exceptional products and user experiences. You should possess strong technical expertise with 4+ years of industry experience developing user-facing products.
Experience designing and building outstanding user experiences across multiple platforms (web and mobile) is crucial. We value leaders who combine technical depth with people management skills, enabling them to mentor engineers while contributing hands-on to critical system development and large-scale technical initiatives.
