About Our Team
The Finance Operations (FinOps) team is pivotal in delivering and refining essential business services that support Stripe's operations. The FinOps team leverages data and operational efficiency to provide technological solutions, payroll management, operational excellence, and monetization services.
Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Monetization Services Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing user experiences by ensuring the seamless onboarding of contracts and workflows, while also driving enhancements in our integrated financial systems alongside business partners, finance teams, and engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the onboarding of custom contracts into our billing systems.
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail when dealing with legal contracts.
- Creating and maintaining scalable billing and collection processes for intricate user agreements and emerging business operations.
- Designing scalable and auditable onboarding procedures for both new and existing users.
- Collaborating with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales operations, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering, and accounting teams to refine processes for contract reviews and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Working closely with account managers to address user queries regarding onboarding, billing, and collections.
- Championing customer interests with internal stakeholders. Providing feedback and insights regarding system enhancements to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Legal to improve the Stripe user experience.
- Contributing to the identification, development, and implementation of continuous process improvements to optimize operations.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or sales, preferably with a focus on technical products.
- A proven ability to steer technical discussions and influence others to act based on requirements and the value offered by solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
