Responsibilities **
• Pick and assemble customer orders from multiple temperature zones with precision and care to meet delivery timelines • Pack orders meticulously, verifying product details, quantities, and codes to prevent errors • Select only premium-quality items, avoiding damaged goods and choosing the freshest products available • Process documentation accurately, including pick slips, packaging specifications, and shipping labels • Maximize tote efficiency through strategic packing while preserving product integrity • Provide customer support and resolve service issues as they arise • Maintain rigorous safety and food hygiene protocols, including workspace cleanliness and immediate spill cleanup • Operate material handling equipment safely after completing required pre-inspection checks • Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements to operations, productivity, customer service, and quality measures • Adapt flexibly to changing work assignments based on customer needs and delivery schedules • Uphold organizational mission and core values through daily actions
