Responsibilities : In this hands-on role, you will delve into the intersection of product management, operations, and business performance. Your primary focus will be on understanding and enhancing our operational systems to boost efficiency, revenue, and quality. Key responsibilities include: - Auditing and redesigning operational processes to streamline workflows across various functions, including student support and payment systems. - Identifying inefficiencies and manual bottlenecks, and developing improvement roadmaps for execution. - Analyzing metrics to uncover root causes of performance changes and connecting data insights to operational behavior. - Defining strategies for operational enhancements and ensuring effective execution of initiatives. - Building economic cases for projects, tracking relevant metrics, and maintaining focus on impactful business outcomes. - Leading cross-functional initiatives independently, proactively identifying problems and crafting solutions. - Implementing automation in workflows where beneficial, while discerning when manual processes are more effective. - Staying informed about market trends and best practices to continuously enhance our operations.
