We are currently seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities : - Plan and coordinate hardware lifecycle orders in close collaboration with sales and production teams. - Monitor and ensure adherence to promised delivery dates for customers. - Collaborate with various teams and departments to facilitate smooth and successful order deliveries, including any necessary returns. - Contribute to the ongoing development of production and logistics processes, including support for ERP system SAP R/3 implementation. - Prepare transport orders, delivery notes, and invoices while managing web shop order processing and warranty registrations. - Maintain material master data and generate evaluations, reports, and documentation related to inventory.
Requirements : - Completed commercial or technical vocational training, supplemented by further education as an operational or specialist economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. -
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP R/3 or S/4 in production and logistics environments; familiarity with proAlpha, Navision, etc. is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. - Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with basic English skills. - Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent team spirit.
