Responsibilities **
• Review and assess student submissions to evaluate mastery of learning objectives and course competencies • Develop personalized, constructive feedback that guides students toward academic success • Implement evaluation policies and procedures consistently across all assessments • Keep up-to-date with evolving evaluation methodologies and integrate new processes effectively • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors on challenging assessments to maintain evaluation consistency • Incorporate feedback from team leaders to align evaluation approaches with departmental standards • Contribute to process improvements that enhance scoring consistency and overall evaluation quality

Requirements **
• Proven ability to assess student work and determine competency mastery • Strong skills in creating meaningful, personalized feedback that supports student progression • Expertise in social work content area with commitment to maintaining current knowledge • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency with assessment technology platforms and digital evaluation tools • Flexibility to quickly adapt to new evaluation processes and procedural changes • Collaborative mindset with ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Compensation :** $28.26 - $42.40 per hour (Faculty Grade 504). Final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. Most hires begin below the top of the range.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
