Part-Time Finance & Payroll Manager at Cashlink Technologies in Frankfurt

Overview: Join Cashlink Technologies GmbH as a Finance & Payroll Manager in a part-time capacity in Frankfurt am Main. This role is perfect for professionals who wish to balance work and personal life while still making a significant impact in a dynamic financial environment.

Responsibilities : In this role, you will oversee the preparatory accounting tasks, focusing on the review and approval of incoming invoices. You will be responsible for creating and dispatching outgoing invoices while adhering to the four-eyes principle. Supporting payment processes, you will also manage reminders and documentation.

Conducting monthly payroll accounting will be a key part of your duties, which includes all necessary reports and payments. You will actively participate in the annual financial statement preparation (HGB, RechKredV) and assist our Senior Finance Manager and CFO during external and internal audits. As your role evolves, you will handle communication with tax consulting firms, tax authorities, and health insurance providers.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in controlling (revenue/costs) and reporting, aiming to independently manage internal stakeholders, investors, and supervisory authorities (BaFin/BuBa).

Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of solid experience in the finance sector, along with 1–2 years in payroll management.

Experience in a regulated environment, such as a financial institution or FinTech, is highly desirable. You should have a keen eye for detail and prioritize accuracy in your work. Your approach should be reliable and structured, enabling you to organize tasks effectively while taking on significant responsibility in task management.

A hands-on mentality is essential, along with the ability to think flexibly and find pragmatic solutions to challenges. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
