Overview: Join the innovative team at FoodCheck, a tech-driven company based in Munich, where we are passionate about empowering consumers to make healthier food choices. Our flagship product, Labeless, is a mobile application designed to provide nutritional insights by scanning product barcodes. We are currently seeking a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to enhance our growth through strategic, data-informed acquisition campaigns, primarily focused on Meta Ads and Web2App funnels.
Responsibilities : - Strategize, implement, and refine performance marketing initiatives on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and decrease cost per acquisition (CPA). - Design and iterate Web2App funnels aimed at converting web visitors into mobile app installs. - Explore and develop new acquisition funnels, such as in the skincare sector, to broaden our user demographic. - Assess campaign performance through data analysis, pinpoint trends, and transform insights into actionable strategies. - Collaborate with the product team to create and evaluate ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. - Track and report on essential growth metrics including installs, retention, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). - Keep abreast of platform updates, best practices, and new paid acquisition channels.
Requirements : - 1-3 years of practical experience in performance marketing, preferably within mobile applications or direct-to-consumer sectors. - Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (using Facebook Ads Manager). - Understanding of Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make KPI-driven decisions. -
Experience with A/B testing of creatives, target audiences, and landing pages. - Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, startup atmosphere. - Proficiency in English; German language skills are a bonus. - Residing in or near Munich, or open to a hybrid work arrangement.
