We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Premium Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to our Airbnb community in British Columbia.
Responsibilities : As a Premium Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to key community members, including our Luxe segment. You'll manage complex cases, ensuring complete resolutions while building strong relationships with users throughout the process.
Your role will involve: - Interacting with Airbnb customers and community members across various channels, including live chat, social media, messaging, and phone calls. - Taking full ownership of assigned cases, ensuring that a thorough resolution is achieved in accordance with workflow guidelines and management directives. - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French. You should be analytical, resourceful, and committed to delivering top-tier service. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in customer service are crucial.
