Responsibilities : As a Premium Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting key community members who encounter issues with their bookings, particularly in the Luxury segment. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing complex cases and ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service. - Cultivating strong relationships with users while effectively resolving their concerns. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities to support our customers dynamically. - Being adaptable and willing to transition between teams and responsibilities within the Community Support department as business needs evolve.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess: - Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. - A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service with a flexible and hospitable approach. - The ability to work independently, analyze situations, and find appropriate solutions for hosts, users, and internal stakeholders. - A willingness to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities within the organization as required. This position is based in British Columbia, Canada, and requires the selected candidate to be located in the area to perform their duties effectively.
