Responsibilities **
• Serve as primary go-to-market liaison for sales and customer success teams within your designated product category • Build lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries and delivering expert solution guidance • Partner with sales teams by providing comprehensive product knowledge, strategic materials, and market insights to achieve revenue objectives • Maintain cutting-edge expertise in your product category, staying current with feature releases and industry developments • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify client requirements and craft customized solutions • Shape sales strategies by contributing market analysis and customer feedback insights • Foster cross-departmental alignment with product development, marketing, and support teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences

Requirements **
• Demonstrated background in sales, product marketing, account management, or customer success roles • Comprehensive knowledge of assessment design, testing, and measurement within K-12, higher education, or professional learning environments • Exceptional ability to transform technical product details into persuasive customer value propositions • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proactive customer service approach •
Experience supporting enterprise-level client relationships and revenue growth initiatives
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
