Responsibilities **
• Guide and develop engineering managers and technical leads, cultivating an environment of ownership, responsibility, and exceptional performance • Shape and advance technical architecture strategies across product lines, optimizing for scalability, maintainability, and delivery velocity • Transform software development lifecycle approaches through implementation of AI-powered and automated engineering solutions • Create and maintain excellence standards for coding practices, testing protocols, code review processes, and deployment procedures • Track engineering KPIs to detect potential issues, refine workflows, and support evidence-based strategic decisions • Streamline team organization and processes to boost productivity, teamwork, and sustainable growth • Partner with product teams, operations, and cross-departmental stakeholders to synchronize objectives while preserving engineering independence • Deliver direct technical leadership including architectural assessments, system enhancement, and sophisticated troubleshooting
