Responsibilities As the leader of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for the visual presentation of our products across all sales channels, including packaging, user manuals, product design, and photography. You will provide guidance and support to your team through challenges, leveraging your extensive experience in marketing and graphic design. With a strategic mindset, you will help structure the team and evolve our marketing strategy in collaboration with senior management.
Additionally, you will engage in daily operational tasks, driven by ambitious goals and a commitment to thorough planning and execution.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Prior experience managing a multi-member team. - A degree in Marketing or Graphic Design. - A proven track record of creating and implementing POS concepts and online brand presences. - The ability to work independently and results-oriented, maintaining focus on objectives even in fast-paced environments. - A proactive approach to decision-making and a desire to take ownership of responsibilities.
