The Product Owner will lead the migration of the platform from Ruby on Rails to a modern Next.js/React/TypeScript stack, ensuring that the development team builds the right features in the right order. The ideal candidate is a proactive decision-maker who can bridge the gap between management and development while maintaining a lean process in a fast-growing team.
