Join Stripe's mission to expand global internet commerce as Professional Services Director for Southeast Asia & Greater China. Based in Singapore, you'll spearhead our regional professional services strategy, driving revenue growth while ensuring enterprise clients and startups alike successfully integrate Stripe's financial infrastructure. This senior leadership position reports to the JAPAC Head of Professional Services and offers exceptional opportunity to shape how businesses across the region adopt payment technologies.

Responsibilities **
• Build and execute comprehensive professional services strategy for SEA/GCN markets, aligned with Stripe's global product, sales and marketing objectives • Recruit, develop and manage elite teams of consultants, engagement managers, integration engineers and service leaders who collaborate with sales teams to accelerate customer Stripe adoption • Foster high-performance culture emphasizing ownership, customer-centricity, rapid execution, integrity and optimism • Establish and nurture C-suite relationships with key customers and strategic partners across the region • Partner with engineering and product teams to influence product roadmap and service offering development • Drive professional services revenue growth through innovative service design and go-to-market execution • Ensure customers achieve rapid, high-quality Stripe deployments and continue deriving strategic value as they scale • Develop scalable delivery frameworks and partner ecosystem strategies to expand regional reach

Requirements **
• Proven executive leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or customer success roles • Strong background in financial technology, payments, or enterprise software implementations • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing technical teams in APAC markets • Executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive complex enterprise relationships • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities in fast-paced environments
