Program Manager - SDC Operations | Stripe | Dublin

Overview

Join Stripe's Stripe Delivery Centers (SDC) team as a Program Manager in Dublin and play a pivotal role in scaling operational excellence across our global financial infrastructure platform. The SDCs serve as Stripe's operational backbone, streamlining repeatable operations work and optimizing staffing strategies through automation, insourcing, outsourcing, and blended approaches. You'll be at the forefront of integrating new business functions into the SDC ecosystem while supporting Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful onboarding of new business functions into the SDC framework
• Analyze and scope incoming SDC work requirements and workflows
• Collaborate with business teams to redesign current processes for operational excellence within SDC operations
• Develop comprehensive training frameworks and quality assurance processes alongside Ops and SDC stakeholders
• Coordinate tooling implementation and access provisioning with incoming teams
• Assess workflow risk factors and establish robust control mechanisms and verification procedures
• Contribute to talent acquisition efforts including interview question development and panel participation
• Oversee multiple concurrent SDC transition projects while ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

We seek candidates who possess strong program management experience with the ability to navigate complex operational environments. You should excel at cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and project leadership. Experience in financial services, operations management, or similar fast-paced environments is valuable for this role.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
