Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for the technical planning and coordination of air conditioning projects, covering everything from needs assessment to handover to installation partners. You will evaluate building and performance data, develop specifications, and ensure that the right product is matched to the right situation. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, installers, and internal stakeholders, you will maintain an overview of ongoing operations and timelines.
You will meticulously document projects, identify potential bottlenecks early, and proactively escalate issues if things start to veer off course. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of our planning processes, including templates, checklists, and automation.
Requirements To qualify for this role, you should have completed training or a degree in supply technology, refrigeration/air conditioning technology, building technology, or a related field. Previous experience in technical planning or project coordination is essential, whether from a craftsman background, planning office, or industry setting. A strong grasp of system specifications and technical documentation is required, along with a structured and self-directed work style.
You should be comfortable working remotely without the need for micromanagement and possess clear, effective communication skills in German, both written and verbal. Familiarity with heat pumps, VRF systems, or funding programs (BAFA, KfW) would be advantageous, as would knowledge of digital tools like CRM systems.
