Project Manager for Ground Support Equipment in Schönefeld

Responsibilities : As a Project Manager for Ground Support Equipment, you will oversee the planning, execution, and success of strategic and operational projects that drive our growth and enhance our position in the European GSE market. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while serving as a key liaison among all involved teams. Your main tasks will include: - Project Management & Leadership: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments. - Establish structured governance processes, including steering committees and status meetings. - Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners. - Monitor progress, report findings, and present results effectively. - Manage communications, including escalation of critical deviations. - Control costs, manage changes, and conduct ongoing risk assessments. - Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the central point of contact between project teams, management, and operational units. - Provide clear, regular updates, dashboards, and documentation. - Ensure alignment with company priorities and resources. - Quality & Delivery Assurance: Guarantee that all project deliverables meet established standards. - Plan and coordinate testing, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and implementations. - Facilitate structured handovers to operational teams, ensuring sustainable solutions. - Project Closure: Conduct lessons-learned sessions and final project reviews. - Document outcomes, KPIs, and areas for improvement.

Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, IT, or a related field. - Several years of project management experience in an international or cross-functional setting. - Familiarity with project management standards such as PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
