Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Renovation for our partner company located in the northern part of Munich. This position is available for immediate employment and offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities : In the role of Project Manager (m/f/d) Renovation, you will take charge of the independent preparation and management of tender processes, ensuring thorough handling from start to finish. You will oversee repair processes and customer complaints, managing them comprehensively from both technical and commercial perspectives. As a key point of contact, you will engage confidently with national and international partners, providing professional support at all levels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring proper commercial handling. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, you will implement quality assurance guidelines and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of relevant standards. Continuous improvement of existing processes will be part of your duties as you revise process documentation and develop practical work instructions.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a technical or commercial focus (m/f/d). Practical experience in a project-related role or similar function is highly desirable. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers, along with a structured, goal-oriented work approach.
High organizational abilities, self-initiative, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in both German and English completes your profile.
