Overview: Join MY Humancapital GmbH as a Project Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Renovation, located in the vibrant city of Munich. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible, who can bring their project management skills to our partner company in the northern part of Munich.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will independently manage the development and oversight of the tender processes, ensuring thorough handling up to the final decision-making stage. You will be responsible for supervising repair processes and customer complaints, handling them comprehensively from both technical and commercial perspectives. As the primary point of contact, you will communicate effectively with both national and international partners, ensuring a professional and collaborative relationship.
Additionally, you will oversee the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring proper commercial management. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will implement quality assurance measures and contribute to the adherence and advancement of relevant standards. You will also support the optimization of existing processes by continuously updating documentation and creating practical work instructions.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a technical or economic focus (m/f/d). Practical experience in a project-related position or a similar role is preferred. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills and an aptitude for numbers, along with a structured, goal-oriented work ethic.
Exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in both German and English is required to effectively communicate in this role.
