This unique opportunity allows you to launch your banking career as an RBC Ambassador, putting clients first while building expertise toward becoming a future Account Manager or Banking Advisor.

Requirements for Eligibility** • Graduating from secondary school in Greater Toronto Region with Ontario Secondary School Diploma in 2026 • Not pursuing post-secondary education (college/university) during Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Summer 2027 • Full availability for complete 12-month placement period

Your Role &

Responsibilities ** • Engage proactively with branch clients, delivering exceptional service through transactions and identifying advisory opportunities • Educate clients on digital banking capabilities while leveraging technology for memorable experiences • Support team objectives by spotting chances to provide additional guidance and introduce RBC partner services • Take ownership of resolving client banking challenges before they escalate • Build strong partnerships across RBC teams for seamless collaboration • Maintain compliance with all risk management protocols and banking regulations
