Responsibilities **

Reporting directly to the Claims Director, you'll drive regional performance excellence while maintaining an active claims portfolio. Your diverse role encompasses providing daily regional claim support to team members, collaborating with our Underwriting division on builder membership matters, and managing initial consumer escalations and complaints. Leadership responsibilities include developing team capabilities through comprehensive training, coaching, and audit programs.

You'll conduct regional meetings and educational sessions while participating in hiring and personnel decisions. Performance tracking through our Warranty Information Management System ensures both individual and regional success metrics are consistently met.

Requirements **

We seek a dynamic professional with Level 2 General Agent Insurance License or equivalent qualifications. Essential qualifications include proven leadership, management, or coaching experience, coupled with negotiation and dispute resolution expertise. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management abilities, maintaining a self-motivated and positive approach in our fast-paced environment.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business applications is required. New Home Warranty Insurance experience and construction knowledge are highly valued assets that will enhance your success in this specialized role.

Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000, plus comprehensive benefits including extended health coverage, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and potential bonuses.
