Join Airbnb's dynamic Public Policy Team as Regional Policy Director for Mexico & CCA (Caribbean and Central America). Since launching in 2007, Airbnb has evolved into a global platform connecting over 5 million hosts with 2+ billion guest arrivals worldwide. You'll champion the sharing economy's benefits while collaborating with government officials, regulators, industry partners, and local communities across the region.

Responsibilities **
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of campaign specialists and government relations professionals, fostering an inclusive environment aligned with Airbnb's core values • Design and implement comprehensive regional strategies utilizing policy development, strategic partnerships, media engagement, community mobilization, and data-driven research • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify strategic business opportunities and ensure regional project implementation • Engage proactively with central and local governments, legislators, regulatory bodies, and public entities to advance collaborative economy initiatives • Showcase Airbnb's socio-economic impact on communities while promoting best practices from global markets • Deploy diverse campaign tools including creative digital initiatives, strategic polling, innovative research, and compelling policy messaging • Ensure strategic execution through clear prioritization, target setting, and timely project delivery within budget parameters

Requirements **
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in public policy, government relations, or campaign management within the Latin American market. Strong leadership capabilities, cross-cultural communication skills, and deep understanding of regulatory environments across Mexico, Caribbean, and Central American markets are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
