Overview: Join BCD Travel as an Account Executive and become a vital part of our dynamic global team. This remote position allows you to take charge of a portfolio consisting of medium to large accounts, where you will play a key role in program management and customer engagement.
Responsibilities : In your role as an Account Executive, you will: - Provide comprehensive inside and client-facing support, focusing on customer service, data management, and program execution. - Monitor client feedback to swiftly address and rectify any issues. - Review and resolve account discrepancies, including credit card reconciliations. - Collaborate with clients to formulate or assist in executing their business plans. - Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring updates are shared and escalated when necessary. - Develop and sustain relationships with essential customer contacts. - Utilize CRM tools efficiently, leveraging the latest technology to enhance client interactions. - Analyze client-specific needs from a project perspective, providing tailored solutions. - Support the program management team through research, data analysis, and preparation of client presentations and reports.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A solid understanding of project management principles and the suite of BCD Travel products and services. - Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, ideally gained through agency or procurement roles, combined with strong business analysis and financial skills. - Proficiency in Excel for reporting and the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations. - Familiarity with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools is an asset. - Strong command of the English language, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of the organization. -
Experience with client technology tools is essential. - A College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience.
