Responsibilities **
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize campaign requirements • Create detailed briefs for communication development and approval processes • Execute marketing strategies through email automation platforms • Design and manage A/B tests to validate marketing hypotheses • Maintain and prioritize project backlogs effectively • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend data-driven improvements • Develop engaging campaign mechanics and user journeys • Execute seasonal marketing calendar initiatives • Write targeted communications for various customer touchpoints

Requirements **
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (SalesForce, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach • Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capacity • Proficiency in statistical test analysis and significance evaluation • Solid copywriting skills and CRO knowledge for email, push, WhatsApp, and SMS • Proactive attitude toward process improvement and result achievement • **Preferred:** Fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or retail experience • **Bonus:** Customer.io platform expertise (Automation, Data, Content Creation)
