**Overview**
We Work Remotely is seeking a skilled professional to join Grupo Taking as a Data Support Analyst N1, focusing on Azure data environments. This remote position involves maintaining production data pipeline availability and performance, monitoring and resolving technical incidents with precision, driving continuous optimization and automation, ensuring data integrity and quality, and collaborating effectively with Engineering, BI, and business teams to deliver consistent results aligned with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities **
• Maintain N1 support for Azure data environments, ensuring production data pipeline availability, stability, and performance • Monitor, identify, and resolve incidents related to data loads, transformations, and integrations using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Storage (Data Lake in Parquet/Delta formats) • Perform technical analysis of Spark, Python, and SQL pipeline failures, implementing initial corrections, reprocessing, and escalating when necessary • Support data pipeline automation and optimization, proposing continuous improvements in performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability • Work with SQL Server and Oracle DB modeling, queries, and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and quality using DBT for data treatment and standardization • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, contributing to automated deployments and testing in data environments • Utilize monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Grafana to track metrics, alerts, and performance indicators • Support implementation of automated testing for data pipelines and routines • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and business teams for requirement analysis and incident prioritization • Create documentation, incident records, and monitoring reports
**
Requirements **
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related field •
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer) • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana) •
Skills in test automation and CI/CD deployment •
Experience with data engineering tools (Airflow, Tableau) • Advanced English proficiency • Strong analytical and communication skills • Detail-oriented and organized
**Work Details:** Remote position, 9 AM - 6 PM, contractor basis (PJ)
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
