**Overview**
Chooose is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive relationships with enterprise clients in aviation and energy sectors. Our platform powers lower carbon fuel programs for industry leaders including Delta Air Lines, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, and Microsoft. Based remotely in IL, TX, MA, NY, PA, MD, or FL, you'll be the trusted advisor helping major customers build and scale their Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives using our cutting-edge decarbonization technology.

Responsibilities **
• Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts across aviation, energy, and logistics industries • Master each client's SAF program goals and optimize their use of the Chooose platform to achieve objectives • Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders from Sustainability teams to Fuel Procurement departments • Identify growth opportunities and expansion possibilities while gathering valuable product insights • Oversee complex software implementations alongside Technical Implementation Managers • Balance commercial growth with Chooose's mission of enabling authentic, long-term climate action • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver program milestones on schedule with exceptional quality • Continuously enhance processes across Technical Implementation, Customer Operations, and Success functions • Stay current on carbon market trends and regulatory requirements affecting client sectors

Requirements **
•
Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and complex software deployments • Strong understanding of sustainability, carbon management, or energy sector dynamics • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Self-motivated professional comfortable working remotely • Must be located in Illinois, Texas, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
