BetCare, a partner project of NetSolid Investments, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our diverse international team. Based in Lviv, UA, we specialize in multilingual customer care with a focus on sales, conversion, and reactivation strategies for clients across Europe, Canada, and Australia. Responsibilities **
• Deliver outstanding live chat support to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences • Master technical and user aspects of our products through comprehensive training to provide swift, accurate responses • Handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor • Document common issues and escalate urgent matters appropriately • Engage customers proactively regarding selected promotional offers • Provide translation assistance as a native English speaker when needed

Requirements **
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency in both written and verbal communication (our official office language) • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer service orientation • Ability to multitask effectively and think quickly under pressure • Enthusiasm for learning about iGaming and expanding technical knowledge • Flexibility to work various shifts in our 24/7 operation (including potential night shifts) • Team-player mentality with reliability and professionalism
