As an Implementation Engineer focused on AI & Workflow Platforms, you will manage the entire technical implementation process for our innovative AI marketing solution. Your journey will start from project initiation and extend through to successful deployment, where you'll craft workflows, create integrations, and support clients every step of the way.
Responsibilities - Oversee the complete technical implementation lifecycle, which includes scoping, configuring, developing workflows, testing, and launching projects. - Create tailored automations and integrations utilizing Python and SQL. - Identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges by replicating environments and providing effective solutions. - Convert client specifications into efficient and scalable workflow designs and technical configurations. - Maintain comprehensive implementation records and contribute to the development of internal guides. - Offer clients expert guidance on best practices for utilizing AI in marketing and SEO processes.
Requirements - Strong command of Python and SQL for developing automations, integrations, and data workflows. -
Experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical roles. - Proven track record of managing technical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. - Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or marketing operations platforms is essential. - Previous remote work experience is mandatory. Candidates must be proficient with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or comparable platforms, ideally having worked with US or UK-based companies.

Qualifications -
Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms or tools based on LLM. - Background in startup or early-stage environments with a focus on ownership and independence. -
Experience in roles that blend technical skills with client interaction.
Tools & Technology - Python, SQL, Workflow automation and integration tools, AI and marketing technology platforms, Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).
