Responsibilities **

• Transform STL models into precise, parametric STEP files for enhanced mechanical design workflows • Optimize mechanical housing designs to achieve functional excellence, visual appeal, and manufacturing feasibility • Execute rapid prototyping initiatives utilizing FDM, SLA, and additional advanced 3D printing technologies • Implement continuous improvement cycles based on team feedback and testing results • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to produce superior, testable physical prototypes • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design evolution, modifications, and decision-making processes

Requirements **

• Extensive expertise with CAD software including Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent platforms • Proven ability to convert STL files into editable STEP format efficiently • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals for enclosures and wearable technology • Hands-on experience with 3D printing for prototyping applications (FDM, SLA, etc.) • Strong independent work capabilities with excellent communication skills for iterative development processes • Outstanding documentation and file management expertise • English proficiency required for international collaboration
