Remote Product Designer for Growth at LiveKit

Responsibilities : As a key member of our Growth team, you will take on the role of Product Designer, concentrating on enhancing product-led growth features. Collaborating closely with a Growth Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team, your primary objectives will include improving onboarding processes, activation rates, conversion metrics, and user retention within the core LiveKit product. You will be instrumental in identifying obstacles faced by developers, utilizing insights to implement effective, shippable improvements across various initiatives.

Your work will span multiple projects at once, allowing you to deliver enhancements frequently and elevate the overall product experience as LiveKit continues to scale.

Requirements : To excel in this position, you should possess a passion for creating outstanding products tailored to customer needs. You should be adept at solving complex, high-impact challenges while maintaining a focus on quality and detail. A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and techniques is essential, as is a collaborative mindset for working closely with engineers and understanding system dynamics.

Experience in designing for product and developer-facing surfaces, such as cloud dashboards, onboarding flows, and educational content, will be beneficial. You will also contribute to the evolution of LiveKit's design system, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality product experience.
