**Overview**
Infinite Roots, headquartered in Hamburg, is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to drive product and packaging initiatives while supporting dynamic product launches and go-to-market strategies. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a mission-driven team spanning 25+ countries as we revolutionize the global food industry. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure products align with consumer demands, brand excellence, regulatory compliance, and business objectives while gaining comprehensive experience throughout the entire product marketing journey.

Responsibilities **
• Guide product and packaging development from initial concept through successful launch, partnering closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team activities • Facilitate product launch campaign planning, including detailed briefings for communication and trade marketing teams • Develop and modify key marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and positioning • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover strategic insights • Partner with operations and finance to optimize product costing and profit margins • Collect and organize customer feedback to enhance future development and marketing efforts • Bridge communication between operations and external production/packaging partners for seamless SKU development

Requirements **
• Fluent in both German and English languages • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline • 1-3 years of hands-on product marketing or comparable experience • Knowledge of product marketing fundamentals and packaging processes • Project management experience, preferably with cross-functional teams • Exceptional organizational abilities and detail orientation • Food supply chain exposure preferred • Self-motivated with ability to thrive independently in fast-paced settings • Analytical mindset for data interpretation and strategic recommendations • Familiarity with marketing platforms (CMS, CRM, Canva, Google Analytics, project management tools) advantageous
