The Scrum Master will oversee and motivate 2-3 international teams, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous optimization of the development process. The ideal candidate has strong experience in agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework, and is skilled in facilitating Scrum practices and supporting Product Owners.
