We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product-centric team and transform our payments infrastructure from operational maintenance into a strategic innovation driver. Responsibilities **
• Transform payments from a "keep-the-lights-on" operation into a strategic, innovation-focused organization that identifies differentiation opportunities • Develop the strategic vision for next-generation payments infrastructure, including B2B2C solutions serving clients and their fan communities • Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and business teams to design systems meeting diverse requirements without sacrificing user experience • Manage relationships with external payment partners to ensure seamless feature delivery, system reliability, and client satisfaction • Drive stakeholder communication on project progress and serve as product area advocate across the organization

Requirements **
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional platform solutions for development and operations • Proven initiative-taking track record with comfort making data-driven bold decisions • Analytical mindset to recognize failures, understand root causes, and decisively plan recovery strategies • Creative, industry-aware approach with deep understanding of payments landscape and emerging technologies • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business communications •
Experience successfully managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams • Familiarity with modern tech stack including ProductBoard, Jira, Eppo, React, and cloud-based data solutions
