You'll work within our innovative New Product Pods - dedicated cross-functional teams ensuring each product launch achieves success and scales effectively.

Responsibilities **
• Spearhead go-to-market sales strategy and execution for new product launches within specialized cross-functional pods • Develop comprehensive strategic understanding of success factors for priority products while coordinating pod efforts and executive communications • Drive mission-critical strategic initiatives supporting long-term growth through data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations • Champion customer voice throughout the organization by analyzing market trends, industry insights, and customer feedback to guide investment decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling strategic and business cases outlining opportunities, rationale, and operational growth plans • Partner with leadership across departments to develop long-term sales strategies, evaluate market needs, align on investments, and manage annual planning execution
