George Dimov CPA seeks a seasoned SEO Manager to drive organic growth across our portfolio of financial, tax, and accounting websites. Based remotely with headquarters in New York, this senior role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership. You'll spearhead the complete SEO function while collaborating with content, development, and analytics teams.

Candidates must demonstrate C1-level English proficiency and proven track record of measurable SEO success.

Responsibilities **

*Strategic Leadership:* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimization. Establish measurable OKRs for organic traffic growth, keyword performance, domain authority, and conversions. Lead SEO specialists, content creators, and outreach teams while presenting strategic insights to senior leadership.

*Technical Excellence:* Conduct thorough SEO audits across WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Next.js/React.js platforms. Optimize site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and performance metrics. Manage schema implementation, XML sitemaps, canonicalization, and tracking systems including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and CallRail.

*Content & Authority Building:* Drive on-page optimization strategies encompassing metadata, internal linking, and content structure. Execute ethical link-building campaigns through outreach, guest posting, and digital PR initiatives. Analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify growth opportunities and develop linkable assets.
