As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Community Support Products (CSP) team, focusing on the intersection of customer support and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will drive innovative CSxAI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI technologies to elevate our customer service experience. Your work will involve developing and optimizing various AI models, machine learning services, and tools, including fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), enhancing search capabilities, and automating evaluation and feedback processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create AI solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Airbnb's customer support operations.
Requirements : To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in machine learning and AI, with experience in developing scalable AI systems.
